1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Pratiyogi application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

These terms apply to all users of the app including students, educators, and any other visitors.

2 Eligibility

Pratiyogi is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use this application.

3 User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at learnaspratiyogi@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4 Permitted Use

You may use Pratiyogi only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. Specifically, you agree to:

• Use the app for genuine exam preparation and practice only.

• Not attempt to copy, extract, or reproduce our question bank or content.

• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the app.

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or tamper with the app or its backend systems.

5 Intellectual Property

All content within Pratiyogi — including but not limited to the app design, question sets, current affairs articles, performance analytics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Pratiyogi and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

Previous Year Questions (PYQs) sourced from public government exam papers are used for educational purposes under fair use. We do not claim ownership over official government exam papers.

6 Content Accuracy

While we make every effort to ensure accuracy of questions, answers, and current affairs, Pratiyogi does not guarantee 100% accuracy of all content. Users should verify critical information from official sources before making any decisions based on our content.

7 Limitation of Liability

Pratiyogi is a practice tool and is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for:

• Any exam result or outcome after using the app.

• Temporary unavailability of the service due to maintenance or technical issues.

• Any loss of data due to unforeseen technical failures.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app use.

8 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Pratiyogi at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions.

You may also delete your account at any time from the app settings, which will permanently remove your data.

9 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Pratiyogi after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.

10 Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Pratiyogi shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
